If you are experiencing difficulties ordering, please keep in mind that there are certain payment types that we do not accept, such as prepaid credit/debit cards, employer cards, green dot and cash app cards. If you attempt to use one of these payment methods, or if your regular credit card has restrictions on it that would prevent you from ordering from a subscription service, your order may be declined, and we will not be able to take your funds. Any pending authorizations you see on your card will be reversed within 3-5 business days.
