I’d like to use the Steps and eBooks on a device other than the one onto which I originally downloaded them.

A purchase on one Apple device will always work on other Apple devices with the same user name and password. The same is true when moving from one Android device to another. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer a purchase between Apple and Android devices. If you switch from one platform to the other, you will need to re-purchase all in-app items.
To install your app and in-app purchases to a new Apple/iOS device:
- Make sure you sign onto the new device with the same Apple user name you used when you bought your Steps and eBooks.
- Download the free app again. If your paid Steps and eBooks don’t appear, touch the “For Parents” button in the upper right then touch “restore purchases”.
